A sum not exceeding fifteen million, nine hundred and twenty-
four thousand. nine hundred and seventy-eight Maltese Uti 10 meet ex -
pelld iture in respect of financial year \987 unde r the VOles specified in
the First S<:hedulc to this Act shall be and the samc is hereby charged
upon the Consolidated Fund .
J . A further sum not exceedi ng three hundred and fony·nine
thousand, one hundred and ninety-eight Maltese Liri, to meet expendi·
ture in r~speet of the financial year 1987 under the Votes specified in the
Second Schedule to this Act shall be and the same is hereby charged
upon the Consolidated Fund, provided that such sum shall be transfer-
red to the Contingencies Fund in replacement ofwitlldrawals made out
of this fund to cover the various services detailed in regard to suell Votes
in the Supplementary Estimate of Expenditure for the financial year
1987. A
