DE IT ENACTED by the President. by and wilh the advice and

consenl of Ihe House of Reprcsenlalives. in this presenl Parliamcnl

assembled. and by the 3uthorily of the same, as follows: -

I. Th is Act may be cited as the Electoral (Franchise, Method of

Elttlion and Rcg.istralion of VOICes) (Amendment) ACI. 1987. ami shall

be read and conSlrued as onc wilh Ihe EleCIOral (Franchise, Melhod of

Elttlion and Rcg.istralion of Voters) Ordiuanl"e, hereillafl~I' rderr~d to

as "Ihe principal law".

In substtlion (2) of seclion 12 of Ihe prineipal law, for Ihe words
