Minnufih wara s-subartikolu (1) ta' l-artikolu 2 tal-liġi prinċipali

għandu jidħol dan is-subartikolu ġdid li ġej

“(lA) Il-Ministru responsabbli għall-ġustizzja jista’ minn

żmien għal żmien, b'warrant iffirmat minnu, jaħtar persuni li

għaddew mill-eżamijiet tar-raba’ sena akkademika tal-kors tal-liġi

fl-Università ta' Malta, u li jkunu jaqdu dmirijiethom fl-Uffiċċju ta' l-

Avukat Ġenerali, bħala Kummissjunarji b'setgħa li jagħtu Ġura-

ment, u jista' f'kull żmien iħassar kull ħatra bħal dik.”.
