AN ACT funlru 10 amend IIIe Public Regislry Act, C(JP. 93.

BE IT ENACI·ED by the President. by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives. in this present Parliament

alioSembled. and by the aUlhonty of the same. as foilows:-

This Act may be cited as the Public Registry (Amendment) Act,

1986. and shaH be read and con$lrued IlS one with the Public Registry

Act. hereinafter referred to as "the princi pa l Act".

Section 3 of the principal Act shall be amended as follows
