BE IT ENACTED by the President. by aDd with Iba advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in Ihis present Parlia ment

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follow.:_

I . (I) This Aet may be cited as !he Guest H(IIIX$ and Holiday

Furnished Premises tAmendm ent) Act, 1986, and shaH be read and

construed as one with the Gucst Houses and Holiday Furnished Premiscl

Act. 1974, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act".

Section 2 of the principal Act ,ball be amended as follows

"(4) For the purposes of this section ~ Na l ional Tourism

by tbe National Tourism Organ isation Act. 1984.".

Section llA of the principal Act shall be amended IU follOW$

(a) in subsection (5) thereof for the words "National Tourist

Organ isation" then: shall be substituted the words " NaliOlLllI

Tonrum Organisation": and

(b) for sub!e<.:lion (6) tbrreot there shall be substituted the

following

"(6) For tbe purposes of Ihis section " National

Tourism Organisation" means the organisation 5C1 UP uoder

that name by the Na tional TOl/rUm Organisation Act. 1984.".
