AN ACT further to (J"",nd the T<>ur;,'t Guide Service.· Aa, 1965.
BE IT ENACTED b~ the President, by and with the advIce and
consent of tile House: of Representatives. in this present Parliament
assembled. and by the autlwrity of t!le same. as fol1ows:~
Hl This Act may be cited as the Tourist Gu ide Services
(Amendment) Act, 1986. and shall be read and construed as OI1C with
the Tourist Guide Services Act. 1965. hereinafter referred to as "the
principal Act".
(2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minis·
ter responsi ble for tourism may by notice in the Ga zette appoint.

Immediately after section 11 of the principal Act then: shall
tle added the following new seclion
(bl for subsection (4) thereof there shall be substituted the
following;
" (4) For the purposes of this section " National Tourism
Organisation" means the organisation sel up under that name
by the National Tourism Organisation A ct. 1984.",
Section IIA of the priocipaJ Act shall be amended as follows
(a) in subsection IS) thereof for the words "National Tourist
Organisation" there shall be substituted the words "National
Tourism Organisation"; and
for subsection (6) thereof there shall be substitu ted the

that Dame by the National Tourism Organisation Act. 1984.",
Immediately after section 15 of the priocipa\ Act there shalt be
