01 the financial year 1985.
BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and
consent of the House of R~ntatives, in this present Parliament
asscmbled, and by the authority of the same. as follows:-
ThH Act may be cited as the 5e«lnd (1985) Appropriation Act.
1985.
1. A sum not exceeding three million. nincteen thousand, three
hundred and ninety·nine Maltese Liri to meet expenditure in respect
of financial year 1985 under the Votes specified in the First Schedule
to this Act $hall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Consoli-
dated Fund.
J. A further sum nOl. exceeding seventy-four thousand, seven hun-
dred and forty-three Maltese Liri. to meet expenditure in respect of the
financial year 1985 under the V()(eS specified in the Second Schedule
to this Act shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Con-
solidated Fund, provided that such sum shall be transferred 10 the Con-
tingencies Fund in replace~nt of withdrawa4 made out of this Fu!ld
to cover the various services detailed in regard to such Votes in the
Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure [or the financial year 1985,
