AN ACT to amend the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure

(Amendml'nt) Act, 1985,

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and wi th the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled. and b)' the authority of the same, as folJows : -

construed all one with the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure

(Amendmtnt) Act, t985, hereinafter ref=d to as "the principal A ct",
