ACT No. XVI of 1985

AN ACT furlht'r 10 am~nd rh~ Wine A CI, 1969.

BE IT ENACTED by tbe President. by and with the advice and

consent of tbe House of Representatives, in tbis p~t Parliament

assembled, and by the autbority of the same. as follow&:-

I , (]) T his Act may be cited as the Wine (Amendment) Act.

1985 and shall be read and construed as one with the Wine Act. 1%9.

hereinafter referred to as "the principal Acl".

This Act shaH come into force on the 1st day of January.

1986.

For subsection (2) of section 6 of the principal Act there shall

be substituted the following

"(2) The bolder of a Commercial L iccncc shall process

annually not less tban 16.000 kilos of fresb grapes.~.
