4. Where f"r the purposes of this Act a school established before Tn..silO<)'

pal Act, shall cQIllinue to be deemed so lic<:nsed provided that -

(3) in respect of $O:;ondary education, the school shall cease

to be deemed to be SO licensed On lhe 31st August 1984; and

(b) in respect of any Olher education the school shall COQ-

lino!:' to be deemed to be so ]icellSe<! until such date as the Minlster

may appoint by notice in Ihe Gazelle and different dales may be so

appointed for diffel'l:nl categories of education.
