AN ACT furrhu 10 amend IhI: CrimiM/ Cod~, Cap. 11.
BE IT ENACfED by the PTesidcnt. by and with the ad~ice and
OOll.'lellt of !be House of Represen tatives, in this present Parliament
assemb]c:d, and by the D.uthority of the $3.me, as 10110"",:_
I, This Act may be cited as tile Criminal Cotk !Amendmenll Act,

In the proviso to subsection (2) of sectio n lOO of the principal

If as a result of the offence referred to in the last
