BE IT ENACTED by tile Preaident, by Ind with the Idvice and

Act. 1913, and shall be nad and «IIISlrued at one with the Land Rea.

(4) Where land is registered by virtue of this

(S) Any ~rson who -

(a) fails 10 comply with an order made by the

Min ister in virtue of subsection (1) of Ih i, section: Or

(1) The Minister may from time to time. by

order in the Gazette. direct that the rights referred 10 in any

of paragraphs (a) to (I) of subsection m of section 41 of tbis

(2) The Minister may make sucb order either

(a) with rderence to PIIrtkular areas which shall

be defined by reference to I map or maps included in

the order or in such other manner as he mly d«m

appropriate: or

(3) The Min ister may in any such order direct
