BE IT ENACTED by t he President, by and with the advi« and
consent of the House of Represe ntativn, in this present Parlia ment
assembled, ~nd by the authnrity of the same, as foUows:~
I . This Act may b<:' cited as the Guest Houses and Holiday
Furnished Premi ses (Amendment) Act. 1982, and shaH b<:' read and
construed as one with the Guest Houses and Hol iday Fur nished
Premises Act , 1974, he .... inaftn .... ferred to as "the principal Act".
