Les conditions requises pour l’entrée en vigueur de l’accord désigné ci-dessus, approuvé par la loi du

30 novembre 2022 (Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, Mémorial A, N° 613 du 8 décembre

2022), ayant été remplies le 9 février 2024, ledit acte est entré en vigueur à l’égard des deux Parties

contractantes le 14 février 2024, conformément à l’article 30 du présent accord.
