S.I. No. 76/2026 - Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Worth of a Motor Vehicle) (Amendment) Regulations 2026

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Worth of a Motor Vehicle) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 16 March 2026.

2. The Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Worth of Motor Vehicle) Regulations 2017 (

S.I. No. 594 of 2017

) are amended in Regulation 2 by the substitution of “€12,500” for “€5,000”.
