S.I. No. 302/2026 - Enforcement of Court Orders (Legal Aid) (Amendment) Regulations 2026

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Enforcement of Court Orders (Legal Aid) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 2026.

2. The Enforcement of Court Orders (Legal Aid) Regulations 2009 (

S.I. No. 301 of 2009

) are amended by the substitution of the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations for Schedule 2.
