1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (Sections 35 and 37) (Commencement) Order 2026.

2. The 1st day of February 2026 is appointed as the day on which

sections 35

and

37

of the

Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023

(No. 18 of 2023) shall come into operation.
