1. This Order may be cited as the Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (Section 17(1)(a)) Order 2025.

2. The amount of €170,000 is specified for the purposes of

section 17

of the

Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024

(No. 32 of 2024).
