S.I. No. 73/2025 - International Protection Act 2015 (Safe Third Country) Order 2025

1. This Order may be cited as the International Protection Act 2015 (Safe Third Country) Order 2025.

2. In this Order, “United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland” includes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

3. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is designated as a safe third country for the purposes of the

International Protection Act 2015

(No. 66 of 2015).

)), and being satisfied, in accordance with the said section 72A and in relation to the country specified in Article 3 of the following order, as to the matters specified in subsection (2) of the section, hereby order as follows
