1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture Appeals (Amendment) Act 2024 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2025.

2. The 3

day of February 2025 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the

Agriculture Appeals (Amendment) Act 2024

(No. 38 of 2024) shall come into operation.
