1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 3) Order 2025.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Health conferred on her by or under

sections 32

and

35

of the

Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009

(No. 15 of 2009) are delegated to Kieran O’Donnell, Minister of State at the Department of Health.
