S.I. No. 660/2025 - Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Act 2025 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2025

1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Act 2025 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2025.

2. The 1st day of January 2026 is appointed as the day on which the

Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Act 2025

(No. 2 of 2025), insofar as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
