S.I. No. 658/2025 - Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2025

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2025.

2. The 1st day of January 2026 is appointed as the day on which paragraphs (c) to (e) and (i) of

section 13

of the

Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023

(No. 16 of 2023) shall come into operation.
