S.I. No. 341/2025 - Finance (Local Property Tax and Other Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2025 (Commencement) Order 2025

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Local Property Tax and Other Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2025 (Commencement) Order 2025.

2. In this Order, “Act of 2025” means the

Finance (Local Property Tax and Other Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2025

(No. 6 of 2025).

3. Subject to Article 4, the 21

st

day of July 2025 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of the Act of 2025 shall come into operation.

4. The 1

st

day of January 2026 is appointed as the day on which section 9 of the Act of 2025 shall come into operation.
