1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Permits Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025.

2. The 19th day of February 2025 is appointed as the day on which the

Employment Permits Act 2024

(No. 17 of 2024), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
