1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025.

2. The 9th day of June 2025 is appointed as the day on which Chapters 1 and 2 of Part 22 of the

Planning and Development Act 2024

(No. 34 of 2024) shall come into operation.
