1. This Order may be cited as the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (oifig an Scrúdaitheora Neamhspleách um Reachtaíocht Slándála) (Establishment Day) Order 2025.
2. The 2nd day of April 2025 is appointed to be the establishment day of oifig an Scrúdaitheora Neamhspleách um Reachtaíocht Slándála for the purposes of Part 7 of the
Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024
(No. 1 of 2024).
