S.I. No. 93/2024 - Statistics (Environmental Expenditure Survey) Order 2024

1. Information regarding the following, as it relates to environmental protection expenditure incurred by the undertaking concerned during the year to which the information relates

(a) capital expenditure on the purchase of -

(i) pollution treatment equipment, and

(ii) pollution prevention equipment;

(b) operating expenditure on -

(i) the purchase of environmental protection products and services,

(ii) environmental protection equipment, and

(iii) environmental protection staff.

2. Information regarding the following, as it relates to resource management expenditure incurred by the undertaking concerned during the year to which the information relates

(a) capital expenditure on the purchase of equipment;

(b) operating expenditure on -

(i) the purchase of resource management products and services,

(ii) resource management equipment, and

(iii) resource management staff.

3. Information on the time taken by the undertaking concerned to complete the questionnaire, form or other record prepared by the Director General for the collection of the information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2.

4. A requirement on undertakings to whom this Order applies to provide, once only and for the purposes of the survey, information in relation to each year in the period from 2022 to 2026, the general nature of which is specified in the Schedule, is hereby prescribed.
