1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2024.

2. The 2

nd

day of February 2026 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023

(No. 35 of 2023) shall come into operation

(a) subsections (1)(a), (1)(b) and (2) of section 9;

(b) Part 2;

(c) section 25;

(d) section 27;

(e) section 32;

(f) section 34;

(g) section 39;

(h) subsections (c) and (e) of section 45.
