1. This Order may be cited as the Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 6th day of January 2025 is appointed as the day on which the

Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023

(No. 28 of 2023) shall come into operation.
