S.I. No. 676/2024 - Seanad Electoral (University Members) (Amendment) Act 2024 (Part 2 and Section 29) (Commencement) Order 2024

1. This Order may be cited as the Seanad Electoral (University Members) (Amendment) Act 2024 (Part 2 and Section 29) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 5th day of December 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Seanad Electoral (University Members) (Amendment) Act 2024

(No. 40 of 2024) shall come into operation

(a) Part 2;

(b) section 29;

(c) the Schedule.
