1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2016 (Section 4) (Manner of Notification) Regulations 2024.
2. A notification under
section 4
(2) of the
Road Traffic Act 2016
(No. 21 of 2016) shall be made electronically by means of an online system provided by or on behalf of the Minister for Transport for the purpose of making such notifications.
