1. This Order may be cited as the Defence (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2024.

day of November 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Defence (Amendment) Act 2024

(No. 25 of 2024) shall come into operation

(a) section 5;

(b) section 13;

(c) section 16;

(d) section 19;

(e) section 21;

(f) section 22;

(g) section 23.
