1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (Section 77) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 11th day of January 2024 is appointed as the day on which

section 77

of the

Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023

shall come into operation.
