1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 23rd day of September 2024 is appointed as the day on which the

Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024

(No. 29 of 2024), other than section 16, shall come into operation.
