S.I. No. 447/2024 - Environmental Protection Agency (Industrial Emissions) (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2024

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency (Industrial Emissions) (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2024.

2. Regulation 9 of the Environmental Protection Agency (Industrial Emissions) (Licensing) Regulations 2013 (

S.I. No. 137 of 2013

) is amended by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (2)(x)

“(2A) Where information supplied in accordance with the requirements provided for in Directive 2011/92/EU

or a safety report prepared in accordance with Directive 2012/18/EU

or other information produced in response to other legislation fulfils any of the requirements of paragraph (2), that information may be included in, or attached to, an application for a licence.”.
