1. This Order may be cited as the Water Environment (Abstractions and Associated Impoundments) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2024.

day of August 2024 is appointed as the day on which the

Water Environment (Abstractions and Associated Impoundments) Act 2022

(No. 48 of 2022) shall come into operation.
