S.I. No. 397/2024 - Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Part 4 and Section 14(d)) (Commencement) Order 2024

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Part 4 and Section 14(d)) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 12th day of August 2024 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 and

section 14

(d) of the

Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024

(No. 30 of 2024) shall come into operation.
