S.I. No. 27/2024 - Election of Members for Appointment to the Podiatrists Registration Board (Amendment) Bye-law 2024

1. (1) This bye-law may be cited as the Election of Members for Appointment to the Podiatrists Registration Board (Amendment) Bye-law 2024.

(2) The Principal Bye-law and this bye-law may be cited together as the Election of Members for Appointment to the Podiatrists Registration Board Bye-laws 2023 and 2024.

2. (1) In this bye-law “Principal Bye-Law” means the Election of Members for Appointment to the Podiatrists Registration Board Bye-law 2023 (

S.I. No. 366 of 2023

).

3. Paragraph 7 of the Principal Bye-Law is amended in subparagraph (2) by substituting “23” for “24”.
