Statutory Text (4 Articles)
1. This Order may be cited as the Education and Training Boards Act 2013 (Composition of Local Authority Membership) Order 2024.
2. A local authority specified in column (1) of the Schedule shall elect the number of members specified in column (2) of the Schedule opposite the reference to the local authority, to the education and training board specified in column (3) of the Schedule, opposite the reference to the local authority concerned.
3. The
Education and Training Boards Act 2013
(Composition of Local Authority Membership) Order 2014 (

) is revoked.
