S.I. No. 205/2024 - Dublin Docklands Development Authority (Dissolution) Act 2015 (Docklands Oversight and Consultative Forum - Prescribed Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2024

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Docklands Development Authority (Dissolution) Act 2015 (Docklands Oversight and Consultative Forum – Prescribed Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2024.

2. The Dublin Docklands Development Authority (Dissolution) Act, 2015 (Docklands Oversight and Consultative Forum - Prescribed Bodies) Order 2016 is amended –

(a) by substituting for subparagraph 3(e) the following

“(e) Docklands Financial Services Group”,

(b) by inserting after subparagraph 5(f) the following

“(g) Office of Public Works”.
