1. Information regarding the following, as it relates to the business activity of the person or undertaking concerned, and specifying the year to which the information relates
(a) quantity of energy product used;
(b) quantity of energy product purchased;
(c) where self-generated electricity was produced, the quantity of the self-generated electricity by source.
2. Information regarding the following, as it relates to the business activity of the person or undertaking concerned, and specifying the year to which the information relates
(a) cost of energy product used;
(b) cost of energy product purchased;
(c) where self-generated electricity was produced, the value of the self-generated electricity;
(d) amount of self-generated electricity sold on the electricity grid, by quantity;
(e) amount of self-generated electricity sold on the electricity grid, by value.
3. Information on the time taken by the person or undertaking concerned to complete the questionnaire, form or other record prepared by the Director General for the collection of the information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2.

4. A requirement on persons to whom, or undertakings to which, this Order applies to provide, once only and for the purposes of the survey, information the general nature of which is specified in the Schedule in relation to each year in the period from 2023 to 2027, is hereby prescribed.
5. The Statistics (Business Energy Use Survey) Order 2018 (
S.I. No. 509 of 2018
) is revoked.
