S.I. No. 97/2023 - Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 8th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023

(No. 4 of 2023) shall come into operation

(a) Part 10;

(b) Part 11.
