S.I. No. 96/2023 - Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015 (Section 63(a)) (Commencement) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015 (Section 63(a))(Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 15th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which paragraph (a) of

section 63

of the

Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 42 of 2015) shall come into operation.

The purpose of this commencement order is to bring into operation on 15 March 2023

section 63

(a) of the

Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 42 of 2015) to technically amend

section 139

(1) of the

Residential Tenancies Act 2004

(No. 27 of 2004).
