1. This Order may be cited as the Oil Emergency Contingency and Transfer of Renewable Transport Fuel Functions Act 2023 (Vesting Day) (Part 3) Order 2023.
2. The 28th day of February 2023 is appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of Part 3 of the
Oil Emergency Contingency and Transfer of Renewable Transport Fuel Functions Act 2023
(No. 2 of 2023).
