1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Advanced Biofuel Obligation Rate) (Revocation) Order 2023.

2. This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2024.

3. The

National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007

(Advanced Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2022 (

S.I. No. 710 of 2022

) is revoked.

).

(No. 2 of 2023), hereby order as follows
