S.I. No. 68/2023 - Rural and Community Development (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Rural and Community Development (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2023.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Rural and Community Development conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to Joe O’Brien, Minister of State at the Department of Rural and Community Development
