1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 22

nd

day of December 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023

(No. 35 of 2023) come into operation

(a) sections 1 to 8;

(b) section 9(1)(c);

(c) section 10;

(d) section 28;

(e) Part 5 (other than section 39);

(f) Part 6 (other than section 45);

(g) Part 7.
