S.I. No. 653/2023 - Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 4) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 4) Order 2023.

2. The 31st day of December 2023 is appointed as the day on which Chapters 1, 3 and 8 of Part 13 of the

Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023

(No. 26 of 2023) shall come into operation.
