S.I. No. 65/2023 - Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (Section 69) (Commencement) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (Section 69) (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 15th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which

section 69

of the

Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022

(No.40 of 2022) shall come into operation.
